Return/Exchange Policy

• ⁠All returns and exchanges need to be initiated within 7 days of the date of delivery
  
  
• ⁠Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in original condition with all tags intact and in original packaging.
  
  
• ⁠⁠Post internal QC, we may refuse returns of damaged items
  
  
• ⁠⁠Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  
  
• ⁠⁠If the product received is defective or incorrect, please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with clear images

Refund Policy

• ⁠All refunds will be processed only after the item is received and inspected (this can take upto 10-15 business days)
  
  
• ⁠⁠Prepaid refunds will be credited back to the original payment method 
  
  
• ⁠⁠For COD refunds, our team will reach out for your bank details to initiate a refund
