Q. What if I’m between sizes?

Choose the size that matches your hip (for bottomwear) or bust (for topwear), and our tailoring details like adjustable waistbands, cinching belts, and thoughtfully cut seams will give you the room to find the fit you like.
Q. What if the fit still doesn’t feel right?

Sometimes a piece just doesn’t click and that’s okay. With our 7-day exchange and return policy, you’ll always end up with a fit you love. You can read the full return policy here.

Fabric & Care
Q. What fabrics do you use?

We use soft, durable cotton blends that are breathable, gentle on skin, and finished with wrinkle resistance and lasting colour.

Q. How do I care for my Verduo pieces?

We want you to wear Verduo for years, not months. We chose durable, comfortable fabrics, because clothes that feel great on the skin, get worn more. And clothes that get worn more? They become wardrobe favourites. And wardrobe favourites? They last a long time

Here is how to make your clothing last:

  • Wash inside out: It protects the colour and fall
  • Gentle hand wash: Only gently scrubbing stains
  • Try to skip the dryer: Hang dry in shade
  • Iron on medium: Excessive heat damages the fabric

Q. How long will it take for my order to reach me?

We ship any domestic orders within 2 business days. You'll get updates as soon as your order is shipped

Below are the timelines for delivery of domestic orders once the orders are shipped :-

  • Metro & Tier 1 cities - 4-5 business days
  • Tier 2 cities - 5-7 business days
  • Tier 3 cities - 6- 10 business days
  • Remote/North East / J&K - 7 -20 business days
Q. Do you charge for shipping?

No, We offer free shipping on prepaid orders.

Q. Do you ship pan-India?

Yes, we deliver across India.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we only ship within India at the moment.

Returns & Exchanges
Q. Can I return or exchange my order?

Of course! You can raise a request by sending us an email/whatsapp (details on our contact us page) within 7 days of receiving your order. We’re happy to take it back as long as it’s unworn, undamaged, and has the original tags on.
Q. How do I place a return request?

Q. How do refunds work for returns?

Once your return reaches us in its original condition with tags intact, we’ll issue your refund within 10-15 business days. But please be sure to place your return request within 7 days of delivery.

Payments
Q. What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
Q. Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, COD is available at an additional fee which will be displayed at checkout
Q. What happens to my refund if I paid by COD?

We’ll process it to the bank account you provide us directly once we receive your return.
